MEMBERS Mama's Stew is comprised of excellent musicians and vocalists. Industry veterans, we are highly trained and highly experienced. Our diverse influences ranges from classic rock, Motown, progressive rock, alternative, blues, country, jazz and everything else in-between. Our training and diverse backgrounds bring an authenticity to all the music we play. We have over 100 years of live performance playing experience in all types of venues with all types of music. Our places played and musicians played with us is, and continues to read, like a who's who of the tri-state area.

YOUR EVENT We are perfectly suited to play your party or event! Whether you're planning a "rock & roll" wedding, festival, corporate event, birthday party, family reunion, class reunion, outdoor event or concert, our music and high energy performance will keep ALL of your guests happy and on the dance floor all night long! We will give you a mix of music that everyone will enjoy. We play a wide variety of music styles and have an extensive repertoire. That lets us tailor a performance to suit your needs. We can provide the following... Special Song Requests Don't see a song on our song list that you must have played at your event? With advance notice, we can prepare special request songs for you. Continuous Music Mama's Stew not only gives you the best live party music possible, we can also provide you with music on CD, or MP3's between sets. If need be, we can also offer our DJ service for cocktail hours and between sets. This really keeps the party rocking! With our DJ service, you can request a specific type of recorded music or special songs in advance, or just sit back and let us give you a great mix of music! Emcee Service We interact with the clientele and we know how to keep your event flowing. If you need us, we will take care of introductions and announcements too. Equipment Mama's Stew owns it's own equipment. We have several P.A. systems and will bring the proper system for the smallest setting to an outdoor festival. This is a real advantage as we are familiar with all of the equipment, know how to set it up and know how to use it. Our equipment is top notch and our sound quality is not at the mercy of someone who is not experienced with us or the music we play. We also do not have the added costs of renting which keeps our costs affordable. Lighting Mama's Stew owns its own light system and uses it where appropriate. We've pretty much seen and have done it all. We are extremely flexible and aim to please. Need something we didn't list. Let us know. We have ways of making things happen.
